The "Math Dream"

The Math Dream is NOT to be confused with the STRESS DREAM. A math dream may be stressful, but it is not caused by stress!

The Math Dream can be technically considered not a DREAM but a state of being, a state in which you are unable to get to sleep.

The MATH DREAM, (Also known as the PUZZLE DREAM) is a type of sleep where you are unable to sleep because it's like your brain is trying to solve a puzzle. A cousin of the BORING NIGHTMARE, the puzzle does not actually have a solution nor is it actually a puzzle you are solving. possibly it is the illusion of solving a puzzle- as when the puzzle dream ends, suddenly the puzzle is gone. all the steadily-stacking math problems suddenly are no longer important and stopping you from having a peaceful sleep.

HOW TO SOLVE IT: The MATH DREAM, nearly 100% of the time, means you need to pee. Get up and pee.

The "Stress Dream"

The STRESS DREAM is a dream in which you are doing things you find stressful. you imagine jobs stacking up, and everything spiralling out of control. Your sleep is not restful and you often wake up feeling as stressed as you did when you went to sleep.

HOW TO SOLVE IT: Get regular sleep times and lie in often in the mornings. This is not possible for people with hectic jobs, unfortunately, which can increase the stress of the dream.

The "Boring Nightmare"

The BORING NIGHTMARE is a sleep unlike your standard nightmare. It is simultaneously scary, like a nightmare, but also repetitive and boring. however each scare, despite repetition, may still be just as scary as the last. It is a feeling like nearly no other.

HOW TO SOLVE IT: No known cure.
